Homeland Opportunity Fund is a Colorado-based commercial real estate investment fund built on disciplined underwriting, hands-on execution, and investor alignment. The Fund was established to apply the same conservative principles and operating approach that have guided the Homeland platform’s work for more than a decade, now structured into a dedicated investment vehicle.

The Opportunity Fund draws on experience managing a diversified portfolio exceeding $100 million in commercial real estate assets across Colorado’s Front Range. While newly launched, the Fund reflects an established focus on capital protection, operational control, and careful execution.

Homeland is led by Founder and Managing Partner, Colonel Craig Clark who has over 20 years of entrepreneurial and real estate investment success. Craig is also a licensed attorney, commercial real estate operator and Marine Corps Reserve Officer. His background extensive background informs a disciplined, risk-aware investment approach grounded in accountability and partnership.

Craig Clark

Founder & Managing Partner
Craig is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, a licensed attorney, and an experienced commercial real estate operator. Over the past decade, he has been involved in the acquisition, management, and operation of commercial real estate assets across Colorado’s Front Range. His background in military leadership, law, and real estate informs a disciplined, risk-aware approach focused on accountability, execution, and alignment with investors.
Jeff S. McGuire

Managing Director, Capital Markets
Jeff brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on investor relations and equity capital formation. He is the Co-Founder and President of MJ Real Estate Investors (MJRE), where he oversaw the deployment of more than $45 million across private equity commercial real estate investments and special lending opportunities over a six-year period. Prior to MJRE, Jeff served as Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates, advising property owners and investors on complex commercial real estate transactions. His experience spans multiple markets, including Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Portland, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire, with hands-on involvement as an investor, lender, and sponsor.
Jill Schneider

Investor Relations Liaison
Jill supports investor communications and relationship management for the Homeland Opportunity Fund. She serves as a point of contact for investors throughout the investment process, helping ensure clarity, responsiveness, and a consistent experience. Jill brings a background spanning finance, human resources, and education, with a strong focus on relationship-building and investor support.
Faydra Boyce

Financial Controller
Faydra is responsible for managing the cashflow for 20 entities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting, and financial reporting.
