Structure Overview

The Opportunity Fund is structured to provide investors with regular income and preferred return protection.

Investors also participate in the long-term improvement and stabilization of a diversified commercial real estate portfolio.

  • Monthly Distributions: Prime + 2.5%, paid monthly following investment

  • Investor Preferred Return: 15% minimum, followed by a 50/50 profit split with the Manager

  • Target IRR: 20%+ over the investment period

  • Fund Term: Evergreen structure with a 3-year commitment

  • Co-Investment: Principals invest alongside investors, with sponsor capital subordinate to investor cash flow
